In accordance with the provisions of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and European Council, dated 27 April 2016 (hereinafter “RGPD”), you are informed that all personal data provided by the User through the Website www.icarvision.com (hereinafter the “Website”) will be incorporated into and processed in files owned by the company ICAR VISION SYSTEMS, S.L (hereinafter “ICAR VISION SYSTEMS”) for the sole purpose of responding to the user’s requests and keeping him or her informed, including by electronic means, of our products and services.
In order for the services made available to the User to be rendered in the best possible way, all data requested on the Website must be provided. If the data required by ICAR VISION SYSTEMS are not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services offered can be provided, can be provided correctly, or will meet the needs of the User.

  • Purpose of data processing
ICAR VISION SYSTEMS’ access to data of a personal nature contained in the files owned by the Client shall be for the sole and exclusive purpose of allowing ICAR VISION SYSTEMS to respond to the User’s needs and to keep him or her informed about our products and services, including by electronic means, without applying or using such data for any other purpose.
In addition, to meet this purpose, a “commercial profile” will be created based on the information provided. No automated decisions shall be taken based on this profile.

  • Data retention
The personal data provided shall be retained for as long as the interested party does not request their deletion or, if applicable, for a period of five years following the last expression of interest by the User; in both cases, the data must be destroyed or returned to the responsible party designated by the User; the same procedure must be carried out with any medium or documents containing any personal data subject to processing. The foregoing is without prejudice to the existence of a legal provision requiring the retention of certain data, or if such data are useful in the event of a claim arising from the provision of the agreed services.

  • Legitimization of data processing
The legal basis for the processing of the data is the consent granted by the User in order to respond to his or her requests and to keep him or her informed, including by electronic means, about our products and services. In addition, this purpose is not subject to consent for data that are not necessary for this purpose.

  • Recipients
The User expressly authorizes the transfer of his or her data to companies within the group so that ICAR VISION SYSTEMS can carry out the purposes set out in this privacy policy. If the User provides the personal data of third parties to ICAR VISION SYSTEMS, the User declares that said data are true and that he or she has informed and has obtained the consent of such third parties, whose data he or she provides to us, to the effect that such personal data will be processed by ICAR VISION SYSTEMS under the same terms by which the user has been informed and has given his or her consent in this privacy policy.
In addition, ICAR VISION SYSTEMS may communicate the processed personal data of the User (indicate those persons designated by the Client for the processing of personal data).

(Tax ID Certificate) B-62811856, or by an e-mail sent to marketing@icarvision.com. In both cases, the interested User must include a copy of his or her national identity document, passport, or other valid identifying document. The communication must be made immediately and in no case later than the business day following the receipt of the request, together with other information, if applicable, that may be relevant to the resolution of the request.
  • Security measures and levels
ICAR VISION SYSTEMS has taken the measures necessary to maintain the required security level, based on the nature of the personal data processed and the circumstances of such processing, with the aim of avoiding, to the extent possible and always in accordance with the current state of the art, the unauthorized alteration, loss, processing of, or access to such data.
In addition, ICAR VISION SYSTEMS guarantees that it has implemented mechanisms to:
  1. Ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resiliency of its data processing systems and services.
  2. Rapidly restore the availability of and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident.
  3. Regularly verify, evaluate, and assess the effectiveness of the technical and organizational measures implemented to ensure secure data processing.
  4. Pseudonymize and encrypt personal data, as applicable.

  • Scope of application
The file structure, equipment, and information systems used for the purpose of complying with current data protection legislation shall apply to all files, whether temporary or permanent, in the possession of ICAR VISIONS SYSTEMS and which contain personal data, as well as to any equipment or information system used to process such data.
  • User Consent
By registering with ICAR VISION SYSTEMS, the User manifests that he or she has read and expressly accepted this Privacy Policy, granting unambiguous and express consent to ICAR VISION SYSTEMS to process the data in accordance with the purposes and services set out herein.
The User expressly authorizes the transfer of his or her data to third parties so that ICAR VISION SYSTEMS can achieve the purposes set out in this privacy policy. If the User provides the personal data of third parties to ICAR VISION SYSTEMS, the User declares that said data are true and that he or she has informed and has obtained the consent of such third parties, whose data he or she provides to us, to the effect that such personal data will be processed by ICAR VISION SYSTEMS under the same terms by which the user has been informed and has given his or her consent in this privacy policy.

  • Commercial and promotional information
The personal data that you provide to us by means of this form will be subject to processing by ICAR VISION SYSTEMS, for the purpose of notifying you of company content and commercial communications of ICAR VISION SYSTEMS.

The business sectors for which the User authorizes the transfer of his or her data for the transmission of commercial communications, as well as the sectors which encompass the companies to which ICAR VISION SYSTEMS will transfer the User’s data, are those dealing with technology in general.

The data contained in all private communications between ICAR VISION SYSTEMS and its clients or Users will be treated with absolute confidentiality, and ICAR VISION SYSTEMS is committed to its obligation to maintain the secrecy of confidential data, to its duty to preserve such data and to adopt all means necessary to prevent their unauthorized
alteration, loss, and processing or access in accordance with the Regulations on Security Measures for Computerized Files that contain personal data.
In addition, information of any type that the parties exchange among themselves, information that the parties agree to treat as confidential, or that which simply relates to the content of such information, shall also be treated as confidential. The display of data on the Internet shall not imply direct access to such data, unless express consent by its owner is given for each such occasion.

  • Changes to the security and data protection policy
ICAR VISION SYSTEMS reserves the right to modify its security and data protection policy for the purpose of adapting it to changes in law or jurisprudence, as well as to any changes arising from standard codes dealing with the matter, or as a result of corporate strategic decisions, by publishing such modification on the ICAR VISION SYSTEMS Website.

  • Data communications made by the User
Before providing data relating to third parties on the Website, the User must obtain such parties’ prior and express consent, after having informed them of the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. The User undertakes to hold ICAR VISION SYSTEMS harmless for any possible claim, fine, or sanction to which it may be subject as a result of the User’s
failure to comply with the obligation described in this paragraph.
