Mitek Health and Safety Update - Covid 19

At Mitek Systems, our top priority is always the health and safety of our employees, customers, partners and the communities we serve.

We are continuing to monitor the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation in countries where Mitek does business and we are committed to taking preventative actions to protect and prepare people as the situation evolves.

As a software company with a global workforce, Mitek is well positioned to provide our customers with uninterrupted service and support no matter where they are located. As we shared with our employees earlier this week, we are monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other government agencies closely. To ensure vigilance, we have already implemented business travel restrictions and prevention practices, and aligned to work from home measures in accordance with World Health Organization (WHO) guidelines. We have transitioned the majority of our employee population globally to remote-based work as containment measures are warranted.

We know it’s an uncertain time and everyone is navigating a lot of ambiguity right now. We also know that every organization is striving – as best as they can – to move forward with business as usual during this time.
